Welcome to Arnold Spa. These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, payments, and transactions made through our website or via our official payment links. By completing your payment, you agree to comply with the following policies:

1. Accepted Payment Methods

  • We accept online payments using major credit and debit cards (Visa / Mastercard).

  • All transactions are processed securely using advanced encryption protocols (SSL). Arnold Spa does not store or access your credit card details on our servers.

2. Pricing and Currency

  • All prices displayed on our website or payment links are in the local currency of the respective branch and are inclusive of all applicable taxes and service charges unless stated otherwise.

3. Booking and Arrival Policy

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after the payment transaction is successfully completed and a confirmation reference is issued.

  • Guests are kindly requested to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to enjoy the full duration of the treatment.

  • In the event of a late arrival, the duration of your session may be shortened to accommodate subsequent bookings, and the full treatment fee will still apply.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

To ensure the highest level of service and availability for all guests, we enforce a strict cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment: The client is eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment (or No-Shows): The payment is strictly non-refundable, as the room and specialists were explicitly reserved for your session.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back exclusively to the original card used for the purchase. Please note that refund processing times vary and can take 7 to 14 business days, depending on your issuing bank’s policy.

5. Health and Medical Conditions

  • Guests are required to inform our reception or specialists of any health conditions, allergies, recent surgeries, injuries, or pregnancy (for female guests) prior to the treatment to ensure a safe and appropriate experience.

6. Amendments to Terms

  • Arnold Spa reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on our official website.
